I'm Meg Lea, M.A.T., (she / her) and for almost 20 years, I've been dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through sustainable skills development.

My journey began as a direct care provider in mental healthcare, where I discovered the transformative power of individualized skill building. With a Master's in Teaching in Special Education, I've seamlessly translated my passion into education.

I merge experience and fresh insights to support individuals and their families as they navigate public education, cooperative living, and independent living.
